Mindfulness is a way of being fully present and awake appreciating every moment of life, whatever arises. Mindfulness can successfully tackle anxiety, stress, exhaustion and depression. By practicing and applying mindfulness each day, we can become more aware and accepting of our thoughts and feelings, and appreciate how we can choose to respond to them. It can help us to feel calm and provide an inner balance as we encounter each moment with awareness, contentment, enjoyment and happiness.

£50 for NEU Members working at Eastern High School or one of its Cluster Primary Schools.
£60 for Non-NEU Members at Eastern High or Cluster Primary Schools.
£60 for NEU Members from other local schools or CAVC
