Three 8-week Mindfulness courses have been developed to provide the theory and practice of MIndfulness in a safe and supportive way. Each course enables you to experience the benefits of developing a mindful approach to life and to develop your own mindfulness practice going forwards.

Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction 8-week Course
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy 8-week course
These courses are for any one who is interested in reducing stress and anxiety and improving wellbeing and happiness.
Practical and experiential, they include:
- Guided instruction in Mindfulness meditation practices
- Gentle stretching and mindful movement
- Group interaction
- New approaches to old patterns of thinking and reacting
- Supported home assignments
- Home practice CDs and weekly course hand-outs
The course consists of eight weekly group sessions, each 2 hours long, with up to 16 people in the group. There is also a practise day on the weekend of week 6 from 10 to 4pm. Participants are encouraged to do 30 - 40 minutes of daily practise.
Mindfulness : 'Finding Peace in a Frantic World' 8-week course
This course is a great introduction to Mindfulness for busy professionals. Based on the traditional eight-week Mindfulness course programmes (MBSR and MBCT), the key learning points and practices have been adapted into a shorter format.
The course consists of eight weekly group sessions, each 75 minutes long, with up to 20 people in the group. Participants are encouraged to do 20 minutes of practise per day between weekly sessions. Through guided meditations, group dialogue, individually tailored instructions and home assignments, you will learn the essential principles and techniques of Mindfulness
