Mindfulness .b Foundations Taster sessions
For staff in schools or adults working with children and young people and/or parents. This 90-minute session outlines what mindfulness offers and teaches some mindfulness practices that you can use straight away. This session is a stand–alone, or it can lead on to the .b Foundations course (8 weekly 90-minute sessions).
