Mindfulness Meditation

Clare is delighted to offer Online  Zoom Mindfulness Meditation drop-in classes for anyone interested in trying Mindfulness as a way to improve wellbeing and reduce stress and anxiety. 

These sessions are also perfect for anyone who has already done a Mindfulness course and wants to revitalise their practice. 

  • Monday  27th April and 4th May 7-7.30pm via Zoom. Please email me for an invitation to join. 
  • Online Zoom MBCT for Life 8 week course starting on Monday 11th May 6.30-8pm .Cost £100 per person or £75 for Concession. Includes handouts and meditations. Please email me for more details. 
  • 1:1 Mindfulness sessions 8 week Mindfulness courses available or bespoke mindfulness sessions. Please email me for more details.  Cost £30 an hour.
